Gather Pledges

Asking for pledges has never been easier!

Players seek online pledges by uploading e-mail addresses of family, friends and neighbors whom they would like to invite to make a pledge. All correspondence from the Player to the Pledge-Sponsor is sent directly from the TiViTz Game-a-Thon Fundrai$er system on behalf of the Player — including the initial pledge request, the request for payment once the required number of games are played, as well as a thank you note from the Player once the pledge has been collected!

Players may also go door-to-door to ask for pledges and record them on their customizable Pledge Collection Sheet. A customized TiViTz Game-a-Thon Flyer can also be printed as a “leave behind” for potential Pledge-Sponsors.
